just for some info as you write about details on religious festival ( you did write on avaniya avitam) . deepavali is a three day festivle. south indian tamilians celebrate the early morning of second day, gujus celebrate it on the evening of second day. Assame celebrate the third day. Mostly all north indian celebrate third day of deepavali for brothers. Like rakhi day. where south indian brahmins do the same thing on kanumpongal day. Just for your info.
